We very much enjoyed our recent trip to Spain and thank you for your help in selecting the Paradors that we stayed in. As you know, I have mobility problems and walk on a tri-walker and occasionally go in a wheelchair. I thought it might be helpful if I gave you a little information about the disabled access in the Paradors that we stayed in as you may have clients who enquire about this. Although there is often a disabled sign on the websites and in the booklet, we have found that this can be rather misleading! I appreciate that you advise people to contact the Parador direct about this, as you have done for us in the past.
May I thank you for organising an amazing experience for my wife and myself in the Parador de Leon Spain. The Unique room was absolutely amazing, a table set for dinner with champagne, freshly cut fruit each and every day in the lower section. The higher section was set ready for breakfast also, if either was your preferred choice. Such was the relaxing atmosphere in the restaurant and the breakfast areas, each and every different dish was superb to the last detail. Breakfast was also to the highest standards. The Parador itself is a magnificent historic building. Thank you Keytel for arranging a truly great experience.

As ever, the Paradors and Pousadas selected with your help along the route suggested by our route master(!) proved to be (in the vast majority of bookings) absolutely superb. Generally plush and very good value, often luxurious with pleasant, helpful staff and by and large good parking facilities. Another hit for Keytel and yet a further star rating for you!!!!!

We have stayed in several Paradors over the past years and have found them very comfortable and the staff are always most obliging. We are already thinking about where we might go next year so we will be in touch.

We arrived back in Scotland yesterday evening after a hugely enjoyable tour of the Paradors in the northern half of Spain and I just wanted to thank you for all the help and advice you gave me in putting together our itinerary. We naturally visited a wide variety of places and stayed in some wonderful Paradors. We could scarcely have had a more luxurious start than Lerma (I wonder what a superior room there might be like!) and through Alcala. Our room in Salamanca gave us a superb outlook over the city, but the highlight had to be the superior room in Leon, which not only had a balcony overlooking the square but the luxury of a four-poster bed! A very special surprise.

We have just returned from touring Andalusia, staying in your Paradores at Ronda, Carmona, Cordoba and Granada. We were lucky enough always to have rooms with splendid views and are most grateful for the invariable helpfulness and cheerfulness of the staff and the great comfort. With our thanks and good wishes.

I booked our recent Parador road trip along the Camino de Santiago with Victoria last November. We've just returned from a really great holiday and I've submitted reports on the 6 Paradors we stayed at to Trip Advisor.

Just a short line to thank you for your invaluable help in planning our Parador holiday. It was one of our most enjoyable holiday experiences. You were quite right in pointing out that our own plans were a little ambitious. By spending 2 nights in each location and limiting the area covered, we were able to fill every minute in the wonderful villages you chose for us....Your suggestion of Bielsa was inspirational! Location absolutely idyllic (hotel car park in front) and by using the Bielsa tunnel we were in France in less than half an hour...

Thank you for arranging our holiday last September. All went well and we had a great time. One of our favourite hotels was the La Casas de la Juderia. Although we were unable to stay at the Alhambra Palace hotel we enjoyed a fantastic meal there and the magnificent surroundings, it is a place we would love to stay, also another visit to the Parador at Ronda.

Baiona was the first port-of-call for Columbus' returning ships. Today it's a charming coastal town and the Parador's walled fortress is one of the main attractions.
This Pousada offer unbeatable views across the town, beaches, estuary and terracotta-roofed basilica below, relax in early 20th century elegance.
This colourful Andalucian city hosts a floral patios festival each May and enjoys year-round mild temperatures. The Parador offers tranquility away from the busy centre.
