Local dishes on offer at the restaurant include Lomos de merluza a la Murciana (hake steaks cooked in the Murcian way), Cabrito al ajo cabañil (young goat fried with garlic, vinegar and spices) and Paparajotes con miel de azahar (lemon-tree leaves coated in flour and fried, served with orange-blossom honey).
