Travel Trade
At Keytel International we are always keen to develop our relationship with, and provide support to, the travel trade. In this respect our aim is to provide an efficient, straightforward and, above all, reliable reservations service for travel agents wishing to book the 2,000 + properties we represent.
We understand that not everyone may be familiar with some of the more specialised hotel organisations with which we work - for example the Spanish Paradors or the Portuguese Pousadas. Because of this, we will always be more than happy to discuss a particular client's requirements with you, the travel agent, and to offer you our advice and recommendations should this be appropriate.
FIT bookings
We guarantee commission to bona fide travel agents and tour operators on bookings for the properties we represent as follows:

All 'Keytel Hotel' rates are commissionable and the rate of commission is determined by the hotel concerned. Reservations can either be invoiced to you in pounds, net of commission, and prepaid before the cancellation deadline, or can be guaranteed by your or your client's credit card at the time of booking for your client to pay direct to the hotel in local currency. The standard rates in the Parador section are commissionable in full @ 10% and invoiced to you net. The rates shown for all "special offers" are commissionable as follows:
Golden Days Offer (B&B*) - 10% *these offers are commissionable at 10% on the board basis indicated. All commission is payable on the nett rate excluding tax. |

The 'Best Available Rates' and 'Special Offer' prices for the Pousadas are commissionable in full @ 10% and invoiced to you net. The rates for the Pestana Hotels are commissionable @ 10%. |

Due to the individual nature of the establishments that make up "Chateaux & Hotels Collection", a range of room rates usually applies for each hotel and full details are given on the rate page of each establishment. Groups, conferences, incentives and special interest groups
Many of our properties make unique and impressive venues for demanding but price-conscious clients with high expectations looking for something out-of-the-ordinary: historic hotels with modernised conference facilities, and complemented by excellent cuisine and magnificent surroundings. We will be delighted to provide suggestions and quotations for your clients' board meetings, conventions or family reunions.
Classic and sports car tours as well as motorbike tours will find these hotels of particular interest, given the diversity of so many hotels and the consistency of the standards of service.
Secure parking, special menus with or without canapes and aperitives, and drinks supplements or 'forfaits' can be arranged to make your tour an enjoyable and unique success.
